Does Oh + August no longer make skincare products?

After two years of providing clean skincare products to all of Oh + August’s amazing customers, with a portion of profits benefiting pet rescues, in September 2019 the decision was made to discontinue beauty products. This decision was not made lightly and was made for the brand to better focus on sustainability, literature, and discussion on mental health awareness.

What is your shipping policy?

USA & Canada: Standard - 3-5 business days via USPS

International: Standard - 7-10 business days via USPS

Customs

Customs duties are not included in the shipping rates; they are to be paid by the customer and are determined by the country in which the customer is ordering from.

Why do I have to pay taxes on my order?

Because Oh + August is domiciled in the state of Illinois, it is required to pay the state quarterly 8% tax from sales of merchandise to Illinois residents and 6.25% tax from sales of merchandise to US residents in states outside of Illinois.

I placed an order earlier today. Can I cancel it?

Orders typically go into processing and packing minutes after they are received. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled. Returns are not able to be offered at this time.

Do you offer any discount codes?

Sometimes Oh + August offers discount codes for products. These are announced via the website, via the email newsletter, or on Instagram. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to an order once it has already been submitted. You are welcome to use any discount codes on future orders.

I love your brand! Can I be a social media ambassador?

Thank you for your interest! Oh + August does not offer social media “ambassadorships” or “internships.”
